Following FFXIV we start a new key project, and are beginning to challenge the next generation. The project has completed the initial development and the integration of development environment, and is moving into a full scale development phase.

Don't know how much this is going to affect FFXIV. They are hiring new developers now, but it is a "next generation" " key project", it will get some veterans for sure.
