Need Some Opinions On A Dps To Pick Up

So I mainly play tanks (DRK & GNB) with WHM as my go to healer. I haven’t really played a whole lot of DPS only got RDM to 70. I have been looking at MNK & MCH as well, how do these DPS classes fair in damage, utility & difficulty? Any advice is appreciated!
