I name changed yesterday and misspelled Sven as Sevn because of my dyslexia. I contacted support, and they refused to do anything. I feel like the name change token service is unfair, and needs to have a measure for mistake fixing. I believe that once you decide a name, you should be able to fix it ONCE within a certain time period. I.e. 24 hours.
I was so humiliated and embarrassed I didn't even want to log in this morning until I bought a second name change. I'm not saying this should JUST be for disabilities, but I feel like Square Enix needs to be more lenient when it comes to them.

I am in no way trying to say that Square Enix is a bad company. I still 100% adore this game, I'm just not happy at how my support ticket was handled. Even when I explained it to them. That didn't feel very supportive or even human. I wasted ten extra dollars for something that I couldn't help. It's not like I chose to have my brain or my eyes the way they are.
