My friend is trying to join me in Midgard so we can play at 100% and be in my FC. I don't want to just chill out with him from time.
The world he is trying to create his character in, is Preferred*, I know it's restricted, but when will he be able to join me? At what time in which time zone?
We even used a RAF code, it's sad it won't bypass the restriction. He won't play at all if he has to be in a different world or wake up at 5 a.m. for this.
