I bought the complete collection over a week ago, when I got the invoice in my email I clicked on the link to get my activation key. When I do so I get this error message: Your key is being processed and it will be available here soon or when the product is released.
I thought I just had to wait for a bit for it to work and for the money to be processed so I waited a day. The money had been withdrawn from my bank account but I still had no access to my activation key. I emailed the store support and after a few days they replied that their team didn't handle that kind of request and so they told me to contact another support email-adress. I did as told waited a few days for their reply, they told me that those requests were handled by the store customer service. It feels like I am going on a wild goose chase and no one wants to help me. I emailed the store customer service once again and I am waiting for their reply.
Am I doing anything wrong? does anyone know who I have to contact to get access to my game?
