As a player from 2.0 beta, I really enjoyed this game, but some minor issues really pushing me away.
I have been excited to re sub. to the game then after half month, I found myself being annoyed enough to the point to stop playing it again.
You may say following things are just minor, small, not important details.
But they do adds up.
So please, fix them, if you actually care about player's experience.

Item Type / Tag Cleanup

1.
I have been found there are lots of item that is only used for quests but ends up in player's bag instead of "Key Item" bag.
Such as [Splendid Wild Berries], even on the description it says "※Only for use in Qitari beast tribe quests. ※Not included in the gathering log."
We already have tons of item, as a play always running around with 90% filled bag, this is really annoying.
I didn't see a reason why SE could not make it easier for players, unless SE is forcing people buy additional retainers.

2.
Event and exchange items like Yo-kai Watch coins, [Helm of Early Antiquity], etc.
When the game get more and more new major version, we gonna end up with more and more items for those exchanges.
And to make things worse, their are too many layer in the exchange chain.
It is often to find I have to use A to exchange B, then B and C (witch exchanged from D) exchange for E, then E with F exchange for G.
You get the idea, it is ok for multiple layers for exchange, but it should be points based instead of tons of those exchange use only item filling up player's bag.

UI Refine

1.
Allow copy item in ALL menu.
Some menu can some can't, which is very annoying when you try to talk with your friend or other players.
And yes, <item> link is a CRAPY way of doing it, just let me copy the TEXT for the love of god.

2.
Gathering or crafting (or even apply to quest rewards) will be interrupted when my bag is full, BUT the item I'm crafting or gathering in both NQ and HQ already in bag (I mean for stackable items).

3.
General menus, the menu logic is broken, they seems just bodge jobs on top of each other.
Here are some examples:
[Aetheryte] menu, if you select [Aethernet] then cancel it, it won't return to previous menu, but if you chose [Visit Another World Server] then cancel, it will.
Consistent UI / menu logic is important for any program experience, not only game.
[Summoning Bell] menu, please at least give an option to just exit the menu when the retainer left, most of time I don't want call another retainer.

3.
Crafting menu search should not be a different page, but rather a pop up search then just go the the item in menu.
Because when you open the crafting menu again, it won't stay at the page of the thing you just searched, but back to the last thing you selected to craft in menu.

Game Experience Issues

1.
Stop join player to FATE, unless player chose to do so.
This have to major issues:
First, some time player is being forced to enter combat when just passing by.
Second, the FATE sound will interrupt BGM, it is very annoying when you just want enjoy the BGM then you passing across a FATE or multiple FATEs on your way.
At least, give an option to turn that annoying music OFF.

2.
Change job is not allowed until player stand up after crafting.
This is also annoying since something is often need another item from other job, but you have to close the crafting menu, stand up, switch job, open it again, craft the item, then stand up again, switch job back, then open the menu again, then craft.
My question is, why it has to be in this way?

3.
Gathering job skill need to be changed.
[Lay of the land / II] and [Arbor call / II] are useless when you try to find the things you looking for.
It is not clear what they finds, either nearest or highest lv item is useless when you want know where is the thing you looking for in the whole map.
Some map may only have two regions, and each take half the map, then menu says it's in region A, but there are 3 different gathering points, what I gonna do with the skill.
My suggestion is just DELETE them, then let menu tell exact area of the gathering point.
You may say hey you just want the game easier!
But we all use third party map and clock anyways, no one really bother with those useless skills.
So no, it is NOT make the game easier, it's make everyone's life easier.

4.
Show all quest in big map. It is 2021 now, and the game in 5.x now.
And we still cannot see all quest in Big map. The small map is ... SMALL.
I cannot see a reason for this limitation, I get we don't want quest trace box take too much space on UI.
But why map cannot show all quests?
This is especially annoying when you looking tracing multiple quests in different area, you have to disable some then select others, and do the same when you go back to other area.
And again, it is NOT make the game easier, it's make everyone's life easier.

5.
Item name / term should be consistent.
This is an issue in quest descriptions.
Let's say the item called [tea cup], in all other menu it called [tea cup].
But let's say a quest requires two [tea cup], it's actually says "Synthesize set of tea cups. 0/2". Which "set of tea cups" being highlighted instead of just the item name "tea cup"
This creates confusion, is the item called [set of tea cups] and the quest want two sets? Or two cups in a set? Then what that "0/2" means??
Therefore, my suggestions, respect the item name (since they should be considered terms in game).
In quest should just say "Synthesize tea cup. 0/2"
