Pretty much EVERY website says that quest is available after completing the MSQ quest "Stormblood" but that quest has long been completed yet I DO NOT have that quest available nor do I have access to Eureka. In fact, I have completed all of Shadowbringers quest including Futures Rewritten.
I have checked all my completed quests and the quest in question is NOT already completed. It is NOT in my pending quests either.
The NPC who issues the quest in Rhalgr's Reach does NOT have the quest for me.
Another quest that I SHOULD have access to is the one for Sea, Stone, and Sky for Shadowbringers. I have completed both "A Striking Opportunity" and "Another Striking Opportunity" yet I was NEVER given the quest for the Shadowbringers one. The NPC in Kholusia that is supposed to give it to me DOES NOT have the quest for me and the quest is NOT completed nor is it pending.
My brother-in-law has access to both these things that I have mentioned but despite the fact that we both meet minimum requirements, only I do not have access to either of these.
Since I am having the issue and my brother-in-law is not. It seems to be a character and/or account issue.
Does anybody know what the problem could be?
