Moving bug reports to "Insufficient Information" with 0 indication of what's needed

It's now twice that I've submitted a bug report on this forum with all of the required information to reproduce a bug, as well as a video demonstrating the bug occurring, only to have my thread moved to "Insufficient Information" with absolutely no feedback on what information is being looked for. As someone who is a professional software developer, I absolutely cannot imagine receiving a bug report and just responding "this isn't enough info" without following up to ask for the info that I need. I even double checked threads in the "Accepted Bugs" section to make sure that not all of them followed the exact provided template for bug reports to ensure that this wasn't the reason my thread was moved to Insufficient Information, and I confirmed multiple accepted bugs that didn't follow the exact template. If the reporter provided all of the information they believed was needed to reproduce the bug, but still more information is required, it's not the responsibility of the reporter to intuit what information has yet to be provided. It should be assumed that they acted in good faith providing all of the information that they thought was required, and the info that is still required should be directly asked for.
