tl;dr: plz allow 2 keybinds when using performance
I'm a bass player. When Performance was first released, I was ecstatic like all my fellow Eorzean musicians. I had my keybinds setup similarly to a double bass, in ascending fourth (the ZXCV line on my keyboard was the E string, the ASDF line was the A string, etc). This means I generally had most notes bound to two different keys on my keyboard.
Then, they updated the performance system, it became limited to one keybind per note and I gave up on it altogether. I later tried different setups but just one keybind is just too limiting and it just doesn't work for me. Being able to just see the keyboard like I see my strings was just so simple and instinctive. I'm sure many of my violonist fellows out here are in the same boat as me.
Now they've added the double bass to the playable instruments and I just have to beg SE now.
PLEASE LET US AT LEAST BIND MORE THAN ONE KEY TO A NOTE FOR BARD PERFORMANCE.
