Monk has had some changes and with that in mind there is room for improvement. Yoshi-P has already said that they intend to fix the Opo GCD issue, but I have some other recommendations:
Now that Demo gives 3 stacks to use on Snap Punch (Pouncing Coeurl) it seems strange to be doing so many flank positionals, I would argue that the positionals need to be swapped around for Demolish and Pouncing Coeurl (Snap Punch).
The AOE rotation: firstly the second hit of the rotation shouldn't be gained at a higher level than the third hit. You should get Four Point Fury at level 30 and Rockbreaker at level 45. Furthermore, Monk is a job that doesn't have many GCD buttons, it could quite easily afford to have 3 more AOE GCDs that function the same as the single target one GCD in each set buffs the other GCD and gives the stacks, this would allow you to seamlessly flow between single target and AOE.
