[Details]
- Chocobo Raising will become available.

- The reuse timer for Puppetmaster's pet command, "Deactivate" will be changed to 1 minute.

- During a defensive Besieged, after retreating, the beastman forces would not remain at half strength. This will be fixed.

- Incorrect appearence for the "Archaic Mirror" monster within Arrapago Reef and Halvung will be fixed.

- An issue where "Sneak" and "Deodorize" effect would not be cancelled upon opening a Treasure Coffer or Treasure Chest will be fixed.

- The "Bad Breath" ability used by some of the Morbol type monsters has not been reflected properly. This will be addressed.

- An issue with the battle motion of the monster "Mammet" within the battle field for the "Ancient Vows" mission is not displayed correctly will be fixed.

- Using the "Spirit Link" ability after obtaining the the job trait "Empathy" would debuff pet wyvern instead. This will be addressed.

- Effects for the following items are not reflected correctly and will be addressed:
Karin Obi / Hyorin Obi / Furin Obi / Dorin Obi
Rairin Obi / Suirin Obi / Korin Obi / Anrin Obi

- An issue with the instrument "Storm Fife" which could not be sold on the auction house but can be selected from the inventory when selling will be addressed.

- The furniture "Fighting Fish Tank" would reproduce an improper layout size during mog house layout. This will be fixed.
 
I dont want the drops it wouldnt be fair to LS members. I'm just offering help incase none of your thiefs can be on
 
for the past three years, i've never lost sneak when opening a chest of coffer. Now they decided to remove it....

That's odd, I have always (in recent history) lost Sneak when opening coffers, with few exceptions. I think the first time I did Eldieme coffer, might not have lost sneak but that was first year of game. Hard to remember that far back.
 
I always lost sneak O.o uh oh Furax you better /hide I think your character is glitched and better not let SE know lol.

Have these been not functioning? It's possible that I've been inattentive but I thought mine were working fine.

edit: looking at this again I guess they just want to re-write the effects? meh.

I also lost sneak when opening coffers, as would people I was escorting to their coffers. I actually noticed this the other day though, I opened a coffer and was surprised not to lose sneak. I wonder what they did that changed it....

Guess this weekend is the right time to go coffer hunting.

maybe i'm thinking of doors? I remember the only thing that killed me in temple of uggalepih when grabbing that coffer for sam was having to drop invis to open a door. need teh sleeps
 
What did Deactivate recast used to be?
I believe it used to be 10 seconds. This change was done to stop what PUPs have labeled A.D.D. (Activate, Deploy, Deactivate).

Activate has a 20 min timer on it (like drg wyverns). However, if you deactivate your automaton at 100% hp, you can immediately reactivate it (also like drgs dismissing and recalling their wyverns). This resets the automaton's mp to full and resets its action timer. So instead of waiting 30 seconds for the next spell cast, you can deactivate/activate/deploy and get a much faster response (on the order of 10 seconds) from your automaton. The danger was that if your automaton took any damage at all, you'd be stuck waiting 20 minutes to activate it again. There are some other effects like active maneuvers don't apply to the newly-activated automaton and it's prone to overloading, but they weren't a big problem for the technique.

Opinions on A.D.D. were mixed. Many felt it was an exploit, others liked the power and safety this provided. This change will eliminate the overuse of A.D.D., but interestingly it still allows this sequence once a minute. It can still be used once in an emergency, but can't be repeated endlessly.

There's been some complaining about the change, but overall the response has been favorable.
