Items that exist on Mogstation or redeemable Hats like Matoya's Hat or Cloud Strifes contest hair should be Visually seen on Viera & Hrothgar. People may view this differently & that's fine, but I don't really see an excuse as to why Matoya's Hat or Y'shtola's Hair, Cloud's hair or Aymeric's hair to not be accessible by Viera or Hrothgar. Yes, they are optional, paid for items (except clouds hair)- but they're cosmetics that are paid for with actual money, which to many came off as a no-brainer that Hrothgar & Viera could have access to them.. which is why many didn't look into it much at the beginning. They weren't aware of how cosmetically restrictive these races were.
I know there has always been back & forth discussion about these issues, but I can't help but still feel frustrated by the radio silence about paid for hats & hairs from the Mogstation still not being accessible by their newest races.
Having Y'sthola's hair, Aymeric's hair & other items like Matoya's hat visually accessible by Viera & Hrothgar would be something that feels like everyone would be happy with or at most, unaffected.
