I just tried on two PvP hoods and noticed they are floating on the back of the head quite badly, way more than usual with some hoods, and more than on other races. I used "Try On" first and then bought it and equipped it to see if it's just the preview. But no, it's the item itself that's bugged or badly adjusted.

Class/Level: SCH/81 but it doesn't seem to be related

NPC Name: Crystal Quartermaster <Trophy Crystal Exchange>

Steps:
1. Visit the vendor with a male Hrothgar.
2. Try on "Model C-1 Tactical Hood" and "Model C-2 Tactical Hood" with Try On
(3. Buy them and equip them to see it still persists.)
Connection Specs and PC specs: irrelevant
At first I thought it might just try to give some wiggle room for avoiding clipping with bulky coats or so, so I tried it on with the Forgiven's Robe of Healing, and it looks even weirder because now it is floating and clipping.
