Schedule:
・Looking to do 5-7 days during the first week of 4 hours a night, depending on player availability.
・Some nights will be 10pm - 2am at the latest, but we are hoping to not have to do that time too often.
・ Once we clear, we will be doing weekly farm runs that should only be 1-2 runs in the week depending on how fast we reclear.
Expectations:
・We are aiming to clear all 4 floors in the first week if it's possible. Based on the difficulty of previous tiers, it could be very doable, providing there isn't an absurd difficulty jump for the last turn.
・If we can't clear it all in 1 - 2 weeks, we will be dropping down to 2-4 raid nights a week on a more midcore basis as several of us don't have the ability to keep that schedule up for more than 2 weeks max.
What We're Looking For:
・We want a tank with experience tanking in savage content. This won't be the most hardcore group out there, but we still want someone who knows what they're doing enough that the 1 week clear is possible.
・Also be someone who takes responsibility for being on time to raid. This is 7 other peoples time you're wasting if you're late.
Loot System:
・ Because we are aiming for a fast clear, loot will be funneled to the dps for the first week at least, just in case there is a dps check we need to meet in the later fights.
・After we have the clear, loot will be split evenly between players, and we will make up for the difference in loot given to the dps earlier.
・Secondary role gear will be a lower priority than any main class gear, but once no ones main class needs the gear, secondary loot will also be split evenly.
