So this is a stupid and trivial question about the game's lore and world building, but how advanced is the medical science in FFXIV? So there are apothecaries and surgeons in the game, but what of treatments requiring some technology? Like are there hearing aids, oxygen machines, things like that?
Garlond Ironworks specializes in magitek and distributes advanced equipment to the free nations of Eorzea, mostly military to aid in the war against the Garlean Empire. But do they also distribute medical science as well?
