Out of personal curiosity, I went and ate all of the meals in the game to see which animation each of them have. I'm talking about the food model that your WoL eats which is different from one meal to another. Feel free to copy/download and do whatever you want with it as at the moment, I don't know if I'll update it each time the game adds more meals.
Now I know I said "all the meals" but I actually set some restrictions:
Most ARR ingredients can be eaten for the 3% xp buff and also have an animation but I didn't actually eat more than a few of those to add as an aside. If you do know of an ingredient with an odd animation though, I'll be happy to add it to the spreadsheet in the tiny ingredient section.
The results are more interesting than I thought they would turn out to be. Specifically, the rarer animations or the fact that they added new ones in Shadowbringer. I was also amused by the fact that tacos in Dawntrails are using the salad animation (I was expecting the bread).

No event food
No Mogstation food
No Collectables (not really edible anyway...)
Only meals, no ingredients
