Looking for progress oriented Static [MCH / BRD] [517]

After clearing E8s in around 6 weeks after returning to ffxiv (02.05.2020) my former
party decided to progress ucob, which led in the end to much drama and disbandment.
In this time the Eden id was expected to be kept for extra raid days, which were pretty bad and a time waste with slow progress.
Current Progress
E11s @enrage
What am I looking for?
A skilled progress oriented static
8 - 14h raiding a week.
3 - 4 Days a week.
Savage / Ultimate progress
purple and higher
Expectations:
common sense
consistency
learning from mistakes
