I am hoping that someone can help us with this, as the channels available to us in-game have let us down.
At approximately 11:40 AM CST, the game experienced a mass disconnect, and it booted all four of our party members while we were on Floor 176 of Palace of the Dead. We all tried to log back in right away, but kept getting lobby server errors, and the Lodestone was also down.
When we finally were able to get back into the game, our Floor 171 Palace of the Dead save file now reads that it was a party KO, and we were all deposited in Quarrymill.
Since this is POTD and not a standard dungeon, it has taken us many hours and scheduled weekend meet-ups to get to this point. It has been difficult for us because we are all working adults, and I'm not sure whether we have enough time between us to start all over, especially when we were so close to the end (we were planning on beating it this weekend.)
We submitted both Bug Report (unanswered) and GM requests along the lines of the below screenshots (some of us used "Report Harassment" since none of the categories really applied to our situation) :

And in reply, one of us received the below canned response:
We are all deeply disappointed in this reply, as it seems that something like POTD (which takes many hours to progress in) should receive some consideration. We did nothing wrong in our run, and the only reason we are "KO"d is because we were all booted from the game from a lobby server issue.
All we were asking was for our 171 save file to be restored. What channels can we use to escalate this please?
