Magpie Acquisitions was founded by Cerise Leclaire as a small business organization, aimed at providing supplies and other services to organizations deemed worthy - such as those fighting against the Garlean resistance. The Magpies oversee every aspect of the supply line - from research & development, to procuring the materials, to making the items, and to delivering them.
Cerise holds a strong viewpoint that in order to support those who try to do good, you need to make friends with a few bad guys in pursuit of the greater good. This means that you don't need to be a goody two shoes to play with us. And while a crafting character may be the most obvious choice to join us, those who are at home on the battlefield may find work guarding our shipments to the sometimes admittedly dangerous places the Magpies go.
