Hello! I’m very sorry to bother you all with this but I have spent many hours (I’m not good with technology) trying to set up ffxiv on my Mac only for it to not to launch. After entering my info on the launcher and pressing play it becomes a black screen that I am unable to exit without force quitting, I hope that my Mac is supported, my Mac info Is:
MacOS Catalina 10.15.1 MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 Processor 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 Memory 8 GB Graphics Intel iris plus graphics 640 1536 MB
This might be too much information so I apologize but I think this is what I should show? I was very excited when I saw they started supporting Mac as I don’t have a windows computer so I would hate for my money to go to waste haha. I would love to be part of this community as I’ve never really played a large game like this. But anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated!
