So I know I'm not the first with this problem, but my laptop is barely over a month old and the specs are high-end. I connect to a HiSense TV as well but it doesn't matter, the FPS is the same.
When the resolution is at 1920 x 1080, the FPS is at a very nice 100+, but if I try to raise it to 4K, I'll be lucky to get it around 50. Absolute minimum settings take it to 60+ but it kills the point of getting it.
I know that MMOs are CPU-heavy so I know the trouble is not my GPU but my concern is that I have a multi-threaded CPU so there should be no excuse for this as well. I had a defective hardware issue a week back and they replaced everything, checked it (it was done on site so I saw everything) so I don't think my CPU is defective either.
I don't know what's up, but something's wrong and I need help. Here are my specs:
