For those who roulette queue into a dungeon and then immediately quit because they don't want to do that dungeon, they should be locked out of roulettes until the reset next day. This should also apply to those who rage quit before the dungeon is completed.
This would not apply to those who get disconnected due to network issues, and when they do reconnect they must rejoin the dungeon they got disconnected from, and are barred from undergoing any other roulettes until either that dungeon completes, or they are voted out from the party.
It's ridiculous to waste people's time, especially those who have been in a queue for 30+ mins, only to leave the party stranded without a tank or healer. Abandoning a dungeon should be voted on by the entire party.
I think it's a fair penalty for those who want all the benefits of easy tomes and xp, but don't want to have to actually EARN the rewards, or think they're too good to party with the likes of "noobs". If you queue into the roulettes, you have to take what you're given. As they say, beggars can't be choosers.
