Locking A Boss Fight Is Not A Good System

I play roulette's as many do and try to enjoy the dungeons I get. This is a well made game and I enjoy it for the most part. When I join roulette's with some players they pull asap during a cutscenes or while players are still coming to the arena. I see this most out side of higher msq dungeons. Other players tell me that if your not in there in time to just teleport in. Why should I have to? I have to miss the start of the fight because of a old cs or because poor playing of a group got me killed? For example look at The Royal City of Rabanastre at the end when the final boss pop up there is a cutscene. I have timed it to be about a minute and 10 seconds. Why don't we have a way for people to watch this cutscene without missing the start of the fight? Why should they not get to see it during there first run? Locking out a player is not perfect but it was a more serious action the slowed down fast pulls. Some players, I find rude, say we have to watch all cutscenes in the inn. As that is what its for. As a long term player I don't know how what to say to that other then NO. Also with things like sprint and Peloton in dungeons we don't all go at the same speed. So if one player get there first and pulls really fast that is not helping either. Square Enix NEEDS to change something. Its a system that hurts more then it helps. Tho I can say that a change from the original system is a good idea. This system has led to more players rushing dungeons for a prize. What happened to playing for the game play? Someone who enjoys the fight not the loot?

FYI: The other day I brought up that pulling a boss early was rude during a run of Syrcus Tower on the final boss. They had locked out 4 or 5 players. The other healer got mad at me and used the rescue action on me. I was pulled into 4 aoe at once. We know as a sch I was doomed.

Yes this is a hot topic for some people, but there has got to be a better answer.
