Not sure if this was posted within the last 24 hours, and sadly it's already pretty late to be posting a reminder, but the Little Ladies Day event ends at 7:59am PDT on Monday morning.
It's a 5 minute quest of talking to multiple NPCs to get the headwear, and optional repeatables afterward that only give fireworks. The furnishings (banner and stages) are purchased with gil. There are no additional instances, FATEs, etc. to be done.
I reminded my friends and FC on Discord and apparently a lot of people completely forgot about it, so I hope this helps at least one other person out there.
