All my side Jobs sitting at 90, being neglected like the middle children...
Leveling is such a repetitive pain and unsatisfying grind, that burns out any sane mind... Why not make it a little more interesting and rewarding?
My proposal:
Make Ultimates give an ungodly amount of exp. Specifically make them give perfectly enough exp to bump you +10 levels from the Ultimate's original level.
So UwU and UCoB push you from 70-80,
TEA from 80-90,
DSR and TOP from 90-100.
That way there is actual incentive to do it and to learn other jobs.
It would reward being good at the game, increase job diversity as more people would actually learn more jobs and cause an outrage among casuals for everyone to enjoy. No downsides.
What do you think? Make this post blow up or be forgotten... Whatever it shall be, SqEx ignores it anyway...... UNLESS?
Edit: Let me add, that ofc u have to be gatekept somehow, otherwise this wouldn't be ffxiv! So to unlock the exp feature on a patch n.1 / n.3 ultimate you will have to finish the n+1.0 patch MSQ
