I know that plenty don't like Zenos as a character and I can't blame them given the way Stormblood handled him (and a lot of other characters, to be honest) but given how well Shadowbringers story was under the new lead writer (Natsuko Ishikawa) and how it gave us gems like Emet-Selch, I think Zenos could be a much better character in the next patches.
