Hello everyone. I recently started to undertake the I Caught That VI achievement in FFXIV. Sometimes I have no problem catching the rare legendary fish, and other times I literally fish for 40 minutes with no luck. I'm following guides and using the correct baits/weather and time of day. I'm just wondering, is there a method to up the chance of hooking a rare fish, or is it completely RNG if it bites?
