Frequency: persistent
World name: Faerie
Character name: Akra Myastan
Retainer name: n/a
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: n/a
Class/Level: Dancer/Machinist/Bard, level unimportant
Party or solo: either
In-game time: n/a
Area and coordinates: n/a
Housing: n/a
Steps:

3. teleported to my wife's location to confirm the glitch on her screen. Her screen also showed the armor with those same incorrect patches, so it's not just a problem with my computer.
Screenshots attached to showcase the problem from a couple different angles.
