Been noticing lag spikes on Aether datacenter when my internet connection and ping to the server has been fine. Other people have been seeing it too -- rubberbanding from time to time for just a second or two. Likely the server itself having issues? Overloaded or w/e?
These spikes are happening many times in a day, everywhere -- in crowded city areas, in sparsely populated areas like Ul'dah Weaver's guild, during 4-man instanced duties, etc.
Another example to show something is up w/ the servers, from just the other day:
and ofc the follow-up to show about 5min passed while "party fully formed"
^in this particular case, after 10 or so minutes of fully formed party with "Reserving server", some people eventually tired of waiting and left
