We have identified the issues below with the Summoner's "Arcane Mastery" trait and the Scholar's "Enhanced Healing Magic" trait.
■Summoner Trait "Arcane Mastery"
Raised potency not activating for the following abilities:
・Inferno
・Earthen Fury
・Aerial Blast
■Scholar Trait "Enhanced Healing Magic"
Raised potency for healing and shielding effect not activating for the following abilities:
・Embrace
・Seraphic Veil
After investigation, we confirmed that due to this issue, incorrect values were being used in battle balance adjustment in the dev environment for the jobs in question, since potency and healing/shielding effects were not being enhanced for these abilities.
However, since the issue is not having any direct impact to battle balance as it is now with its current values, it will instead be fixed in tandem with job adjustments in Patch 7.1.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
So summoner has been eating dirt in dps and scholar has had nerf'd healing and they don't think it's enough of an issue to address till 7.1??? That doesn't sound right. That's entire parts of their kit they unlocked between lvls 90 and 100 that aren't activating.
