I feel like FFXIV devs are not realizing this part

easy to play =/= interesting to play.

each job should have some range of APM for example 40-60 APM.
and each should have interesting way to play with.
switching jobs isn't for aesthetic but also gameplay.

if the job is not interesting it will fail.. like how current tank balance are (btw balance isn't only damage but also mitigation)
healers too they have no identity what so ever! shield and pure heal is not identity in DT

when you announce that you will simplify Viper we do not hate idea of simplify jobs but we hate how you simplify it!

Look at tanks for example they are latterly the same job with 10% differences that doesn't actually make them unique.

Just put in your mind this:

Interesting Gameplay = Fun

Simplification not always = Fun

Interesting Gameplay + Simplify it (not making it braindead) = Fun.

gutting jobs isn't a good experiences.

I believe most dark knight main are hating it this expansion and others find it with no actual identity.

Just make this in mind,

I hope that we don't wait another 2.5 years for another finisher for red mage
or white mage getting shield ability
or astro get another rework that make it more braindead,
or another bahamut skin for summoner (the job is latterly look and feel the same with no solving of its actual issues)
