Double-whammy if it's both.
As a healer-main myself (I play all 3 roles but I prefer Healer), I read Healer comments on this sub-reddit and the group's I'm in when I'm playing DPS/Tank and an inordinate amount of them are so petty and spiteful, I do not understand why they are upvoted as much as they are.
Why would you undermine your own team?
"I don't heal/rez my DPS when they fail mechanics to teach them a lesson" - you're not healing your DPS when they need it most? Why???
"If the tank doesn't pull to my specifications, I either don't heal them or Rescue them to pull them forward so they get the hint to be faster" - that's how a spoiled brat behaves.
"I healed a trial and i did so good according to me and I got no comms! Healers are so unappreciated!" - that's your job. You want a cookie every time you do what you're supposed to be doing or you'll cry?
Playing Healer (or Tank for that matter) means you chose to play a role that takes responsibility for the group, but some people don't pick Healer because they want to take on the responsibility of it and feel they can do a good job at it, it's so that they can be petty tyrants.
It's like someone choosing to be a Manager so they can punish everyone they don't personally like.
And the Healer comments above aren't even fair to the other roles. Healer is the only class that gets to mess up multiple mechanics and can erase all of those mistakes on a whim.
Tanks get to mitigate their mistakes but not for long; DPS don't get to erase their mistakes at all, are dependent on the Healer class to see them thru, and don't have any abilities to punish healers who aren't performing the way they like.... but Healers get to do all of that. And some of them love that small amount of power they have over another player's experience, and abuse it whenever they can.
Stop being petty, stop whining and being hyper-critical of others, and do the job you chose to do and carry the responsibility you chose to carry with dignity and grace.
