The automatic "completion" of the Endwalker healer role quest causes M'naago to give Endwalker dialogue in early Stormblood MSQ.
Steps:
1. Purchase a healer job skip (White Mage in this case)
2. Complete "Let Fill Your Hearts with Pride" in Stormblood
3. Talk to M'naago BEFORE accepting the next MSQ "Where Men Go as One"
4. M'naago will speak as though you are currently in Endwalker and give the following spoiler text:
M'naago: You certainly have a gift for arriving in the nick of time! I don't know what we would've done if you and Raubahn hadn't arrived to put down that blasphemy.
M'naago: Then there's Fordola, who knows how to hold her own. While we obviously don't see eye to eye─and probably never will─perhaps it's time I saw her for who she's become, rather than who she was.
