Burst Healer that Stance-Dances between Healing and DPS
Weapon: Hand Cannon

TL;DR
Chemists with item-launching hand cannons.
Store 2 "Item" Spells/Abilities with Stash and then use Mix to create different effects based on what you stored.
Basic heals come from turning a few of your offensive skills into heals via the stance-ability Modern Medicine.
Place healing bomb effects called Burst Heals on partymembers that you can set off manually using the ability Burst Projection or will go off by their self when the target's HP goes to 60% or lower or when its effect timer ends.
For DPS, has a 2-step weaponskill combo, 2 DoTs (one via Mix), a single-target burst oGCD, a burst AoE GCD, and 3 burst AoE oGCD (one is via Mix).

Special Mechanics
Stash/Mix
Medics can "Stash" two of their special shells and "Mix" them together to create various effects.
The ability starts out as Stash but once 2 Spells/Abilities are stored, it becomes Mix.
Spells/Abilities that can be stored: Potion Shell, Ether Shell, and Grenade Shell.

Mix Effects
Potion Shell + Potion Shell: X-Potion Shell: Heal a selected target. Potency of 700.
Potion Shell + Ether Shell: Toxic Shell: Damage a selected target over 33 seconds. Potency of 40.
Potion Shell + Grenade Shell: Life Water Shell: Place a Regen-like effect on all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user for 24 seconds. Potency of 100.
Ether Shell + Ether Shell: X-Ether Shell: Restore 25% of a selected target's MP.
Ether Shell + Grenade Shell: Faerie Tonic Shell: For 12 seconds, lower the MP cost of all spells cast by partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user by 25%.
Grenade Shell + Grenade Shell: Pineapple Shell: Damage a selected target and all enemies with in 5 yalms. Potency of 300.

Modern Medicine
Using the ability Modern Medicine, Medics can turns a few of their Weaponskills and Offensive Skills into Healing Spells.
Healing Spells have their own cast times and MP costs.

Weaponskills and Abilites effected
Blast Mortar: Turns into your basic heal spell
Sunburst: When comboed with Blast Mortar, places a Burst Heal effect on the target
Scatterburst: Places a Burst Heal effect on partymembers within range
Apex Blast: Turns into your basic oGCD heal ability

Burst Heals effect
Medics can place delayed healing effects called Burst Heals on their patients.
Like Scholar's Galvanize effect, a target can only have 1 Burst Heal effect on them and stronger Burst Heals overwrites weaker ones.
Burst Heal's effect goes off when the target's HP gets to 60% or lower, when the effect time ends (15 seconds), or when the Medic uses the ability Burst Projection to detonate Burst Heal effects on all partymembers.

Skills
Stash/Mix-related Skills
- Stash/Mix: oGCD Ability. Has 2 shared charges. Allows the user to store a Potion, Ether, or Grenade Shell. Once 2 Spells/Abilities are stored, this ability will become Mix, which when used will produce an effect based on the two Spells/Abilities stored. Instant cast time for both. 60 second cooldown.
- Potion Shell: oGCD Spell. Heal a selected target. Potency of 300. Instant cast time. 5 second cooldown.
- Ether Shell: oGCD Ability. Has 2 charges. Restore 500 MP to a selected target. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown. Shares cooldowns and charges with Grenade Shell.
- Grenade Shell: oGCD Ability. Has 2 charges. Damage a selected target and all enemies with in 5 yalms of them. Potency of 50. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown. Shares cooldowns and charges with Ether Shell.
- Chemist: oGCD Ability. Can only be used when the user has 2 Spells/Abilities stored. Execute their Mix effect without using them up. Instant cast time. 200 second cooldown.
- Dispensary: oGC Ability. The next time the user stores a Spell/Ability with Stash, store 2 of that Spell/Ability. Instant cast time. 160 second cooldown.
- Pharmacy: oGCD Ability. Can only be used when Stash/Mix is on cooldown. Reset Stash/Mix cooldown and gain 2 charges. Additionally, grant Ether and Grenade Shell 2 charges. Instant cast time. 200 second cooldown.
- Transmute: oGCD Ability. Can only be used if the user has either a Ether and/or Grenade Shell stored. Remove the oldest stored Ether or Grenade Shell and grant the user a single charge to Ether and Grenade Shell. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.

Healing Skills
- Burst Projection: oGCD Ability. Forces the timer on Burst Heal effects the user has placed on all partymembers to end. Instant cast time. 1 second cooldown.
- Modern Medicine: oGCD Ability. Stance. Changes several of the user's Weaponskills and Abilities into Healing Spell and Abilities, giving the spells MP costs. Additionally, the user cannot auto-attack. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
- Physician: oGCD Ability. Decrease damage a selected partymember takes by 10% for 15 seconds. Additionally, place a Burst Heal effect on them for 15 seconds with a potency of 400. Instant cast time. 60 second cooldown.
- Propheteer: oGCD Ability. For 24 seconds, whenever a selected partymember directly damages an enemy, convert 25% of that damage into HP for them. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
- Smelling Salt: oGCD Ability. Resurrect a fallen target into a weakened state. Insant cast time. 30 second cooldown.
- Vitality Burst: oGCD Ability. Forces the timer on Burst Heal effects the user has placed on all partymembers to end and doubles the amount of HP they heal. Instant cast time. 90 second cooldown.

Offensive Skills
- Blast Mortar: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Potency of 140. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
+ Modern Medicine: Heal a selected target. Potency of 400. 1.5 second cast time.
- Sunburst: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Potency of 100. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
Combo: Blast Mortar > Sunburst: Potency of 200.

- Alkahest Shell: GCD Weaponskill. Damage a selected target. Additionally, deals damage over 30 seconds. Potency of 30 for both the initial hit and Damage-over-time. Instant cast time. 2.5 second cooldown.
- Apex Blast: oGCD Ability. Damage a selected target. Potency of 200. Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown.
+ Modern Medicine: Heal a selected target. Potency of 500.
- Tallboy: oGCD Ability. Damage all enemies with in 8 yalms of the user. Then heal all partymembers with in 15 yalms equal to the highest amount of damage done (this includes Critical and Direct Hits). Potency of 400. Instant cast time. 60 second cooldown.

Other Skills
- Evasive Blast: oGCD Ability. Propels the user 7 yalms in the next direction they input (Effect Duration: 5 seconds until). Instant cast time. 30 second cooldown.
- Prime: oGCD Ability. For 21 seconds, grant the user an effect that changes depending on if Modern Medicine is activated. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
Modern Medicine Off: Whenever the affected deals damage with a weaponskill, restore 100 MP. This effect does not stack when hitting multiple enemies with one weaponskill.
Modern Medicine On: Increase the affected's Healing Magic Potency by 15%.
- Safeguarding Burst: oGCD Abiliity. Replace the Burst Heal effect on all partymembers with a barrier that will absorb damage equal to 120% of the amount that would have been healed (Barrier Duration: 15 seconds). Instant cast time. 90 second cooldown.
- Virtue Multiplication: oGCD Ability. For 15 seconds, grant all partymembers with in 15 yalms of the user an effect that changes depending on if the user has Modern Medicine activated. Instant cast time. 120 second cooldown.
Modern Medicine Off: Increase Damage the affected does by 2%.
Modern Medicine On: Decrease Damage done onto the affected by 5%.
