Job gauges should be better

I only played Viper to 91 so far but IMO what made it 'too complex' was not having to keep track of the debuff or the positionals.
The main problem to me is that the job gauge is very poorly designed.
The thing lights up and nothing in the tooltip really explains clearly why it is lighting up.
Add to that the fact that you had 2 buffs and 1 debuff to keep track of without having them shown on the job gauge at all...it's not a really good way to tell "casual viper players" what is happening.
I would argue that it would be more helpful to show the buff timers than it is to show this other gauge filling up to 100.
Of course Viper is not the only victim of that. I think any job that requires to keep track of self-inflicted buffs should have it shown in the gauge. For example PLD FoF or even Req and Holy spirit should be on the gauge. Even the mitigation should be there! It could make the gauges a bit too busy but then that could also mean the job itself need some rework.
