I have good memories of the older Hubs like Rhalgyr's Reach, Idylleshire and Revenant's Toll being able to have the option to use your mount, personally I think that Solution 9 would be nice with it as well.
For example if it's unwanted to have people use mounts in the Nexus Arcade then maybe put a mount restriction in place like on the Island Sanctuary's Cozy Cottage.
But for the rest of the whole area there isn't really a reason as to why not.
