Terribly sorry if this is in the wrong place, but the Tixplus wouldn't let me send a support ticket to the site, and I want someone to be aware.
I purchased the ticket to watch the recent Primals concert and ran into audio issues with the archived video. I double-checked with a friend and the issue was not on my side. The audio sounded muffled as if it was coming from the speakers and not the connected mics, and it made it impossible to enjoy and be immersed. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue while watching the concert, and would like to get a refund from the site if possible-- or even someone to fix the audio before the viewing period ends.
I purchased a ticket for the previous FanFest concerts back in January. The stream had an audio sync issue as well, but they fixed it in the archived video and the stream was enjoyable.
