I've compiled a materials list for each crafting class up until the lv 70-80 tier. I will finish that portion and complete the guide however everything is complete up to the grand total counts for lv 60-70 tier crafts if you want to collect all the materials before binge crafting. In this document there is a link to the Ishgarde Restoration Guide that explains the event and contains macros for each tier of crafting if you wish to get those macros.
