Is There Any Way To Get Back Msq Rewards I've Lost/sold/discarded?

I believe I sold or discarded the Goobbue Sproutling minion that you get from the Level 33 MSQ "It Was A Very Good Year." Is there any way to get another/get it back? I looked at the Calamity Salvager, and couldn't find anything for it. I also threw away the EXP Ring that you get from doing the Novice Hall of Training, not realizing it was good for multiple characters, and also cannot get it back from the Calamity Salvager or from doing the Novice Hall a second time.



Any ideas/advice?
