So imagine two cases: You would like to play a previous version of a job you used to enjoy. Maybe that job had skills pruned from it, or had a resource management mechanic that is no longer there. And you wanted to play around with that old version of the job for testing or nostalgia's sake.
Or imagine a second case: You have an idea for a job and want to simulate it in a very basic, menu-based environment. You would create your own skills, traits, abilities, complete with hotbars, buttons, and keybinds to test drive it. No 3D graphics. Just buttons, skill effects, and resulting potencies.
Does an app that does these things exist yet? If not, what platform would be best to develop such a tool?
