Because I've done 500 Skirmishes in that place including brought to heal, no camping AND absent friends and the notes just refuse to drop.
Am I'm missing something here? Or is my luck just that bad?
What makes these worse is that because they can self heal, farming these with certain player instance conditions in the area makes them nearly impossible to kill.
Sqaure should address this.
