Hey, I'm an absolute newbie to FFXIV and unfamiliar with MMO's in general. I've played the free month and gotten a few hours done and enjoyed myself, but was wondering if it's worth continuing by myself? None of my friends are interested in the game which leaves me the odd man out. I'd like to renew my subscription but don't really see myself playing very much alone.
Just figured I'd ask for some insight. Thanks.
Edit: Thanks all for the helpful answers. I've been convinced that playing solo can be just as enjoyable. I have renewed my subscription and am currently updating my launcher. I've ready every comment and can't wait to get back into it, thanks again and maybe we'll see each other running around.
