I'm honestly wondering because I remember the restoration being introduced as a crafting endgame and its largely fallen flat I think. It's hard to really accept one 10 day event in a whole patch cycle as an endgame, and really the whole competition part of it just doesn't seem to work. Expert crafts aren't necessarily hard just really RNG dependent. Time, resources, and luck are far more valuable then any skill for expert crafts, meanwhile gathering is kinda just there because it had to be.
I could go on but that would just be ranting so let me ask again is anyone excited? Could it be done better? Or am I just being too harsh on a new idea?
