Hello,
i have a very very long historyy of playing MMOs (Silkroad, Aion, BnS, Black Desert). Most of them equired a whole lot of grinding and thus time investment. It was a great time bak then since i had the time as a student. Now i have a full time job, a girlfriend, various things i like to do after work etc. which means that my time is limited. Lets say i have approx 15h +/- a week. Sometimes more and sometimes less. The things i enjoy in an MMO is the End Game. I love difficult content (AFAIK these are the ultimate raids in this game?) which is challanging and highly rewarding.
Recently i played destiny 2 and Path of exile. I played Destiny 2 because i also like to play shooters and it combined looting and shooting. The main downside for me is that 90% of the stuff that you are farming reallly doesnt bring a huge advantage. But the bigest downside is how they changed the game to Seasons. Which means that you have to do certain things in 3 Months to get the title, Loot, Cosmetics etc. from that Season. If you have limited time this means that you have to do the new things every time you log in because of you dont to it you miss the things and you cant get it back. This is very frustrating and hence i quitted. PoE is also heavily Season based.
Is this the case for FF14 too? Can i do end gme stuff while playing +/- 15h per week?
Currently im a lvl 35 Bard (free Version) and i want to lvl up a Dragon or some Tank/Healer next and then i want to decide if i want to play the game and which class i want to play. So far i mostly enjoyed it (the omly dislike is the fact that there are fery vew skills)
Thx in advance for the help!
