I see a lot of people asking for instanced housing, but why not keep the plot like system and have instanced apartments for those that can't get housing. Since plots so rarely go on sale or so many people have to camp to get them. I think having more than 90 apartments available would be a nice compromise for those of us that have no chance of getting a plot and with all apartments taken as well.
They keep the lovely neighborhood feeling and the decorated yards and those without plots can have a place to live.
