We have an update regarding the issue where the installation of the PlayOnline viewer or PlayOnline contents may not be available for any users on the "PlayStation 2" version.
We received word that the issue may be resolved by turning off the power to the "PlayStation BB Unit," "PlayStation 2," and communication device (i.e. modem, router, etc.). Once you have turned off the power to those devices, please turn them back on at a later time.
If you are still experiencing installation issues with the "PlayStation 2" version, please try the method stated above.
