Steps:
1. Accept quest "Gives You Teeth"
2. Take vouchers from Genolt, but do not give them to Philomon - read the description in your key items
Expected result: Either 2 vouchers, each worth 1 drink - OR - 1 voucher, worth 2 drinks
Actual result: 2 vouchers, where the description says the voucher is worth 2 drinks. Philomon should be handing us 4 drinks if we have 2 each worth 2.
