This is compatible with the All Green yaku and those that rely on straights, but since you may often be waiting for several specific tiles at once, you must pay close attention to avoid losing an essential tile.
However Pure Straight is not compatible with All Green because All Green can never include tiles numbered 1 or 5 or 7 or 9.
The Japanese lodestone Yaku List says:

Since 混一色 and 清一色 are already translated as "Half Flush" and "Full Flush", I think a better translation here might be:
