Inability to save fields as default

Note: Readme says you need .NET Framework 2.0... does that actually mean >=2.0? I have 3.0 installed.

After checking "Set these fields as default" in the Select Reporting Fields dialog box, DvsParse dies, with the error message, "Access to the path '%DvsParse%\Settings\DvsParse_Settings.xml' is denied (but with my actual path to the DvsParse directory in place of %DvsParse%, of course).

Looking in the Settings directory shows a *sub-directory* named "DvsParse_Settings.xml." That folder is empty.

Having some idea of what I think the problem is, I tried deleting that folder and creating an empty DvsParse_Settings.xml file inside of the Settings directory. No dice, as DvsParse complains of not being able to create the target.

P.S. In the Defensive tab of the Select Reporting Fields dialog box, Select All doesn't work.

/sigh, I guess in my haste of getting things out I'm getting lazy when it comes to testing. lol

I just uploaded a fix (that I actually tested this time :() for the Save Default problem. The Select All is more of just an annoyance than a hidrance at using something, so I'll fix it when I have more time.
