Anyways, HUGE SHOUT OUT to the GM team who worked my support ticket. They kept me well informed through the whole process of fixing my issues, and the turn around was within the day.
MASSIVE SHOUTOUT AND COMPLIMENTS. Seriously. To have such a great experience in this day and age of automated responses, and closed tickets? Holy...
